Another fundraising campaign for immunotherapy purposes was organized in December 2019. Sondra’s busy career in PR every so often alternated with surgeries, side effects and a fresh start again.
In spring 2019, in cooperation with Olga Valcina and Laura Breidaka, Sondra founded a melanoma patient support society – Step Ahead of Melanoma, and since then she has actively represented the interests of melanoma patients in Latvia and Europe. Sondra is the initiator and driving force behind PR for the charity campaigns I Am Here For You To Live (“Es nākšu, lai Tu dzīvotu”) and Beautiful in White (“Balts arī ir skaisti”).
